Meet Meghann Carlile
Speech Language Pathologist and Owner
Meghann has 15 years of experience working with the pediatric population in the school, home, and clinic settings. She received her undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and her graduate degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association, is a Licensed Speech Pathologist in Illinois, and also holds her Professional Educator’s License (PEL) to provide therapy within school setting.
In addition to her work experience, Meghann also volunteered for Hearts in Motion, where she provided speech therapy and education to people in remote villages in Guatemala. She has provided services to children with a wide variety of speech and language disorders, including but not limited to, articulation disorders, phonology disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, pragmatic language disorders, fluency disorders (stuttering), and has a high interest in the area of augmentative alternative communication (AAC). She has worked closely with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, ABA therapists, and most importantly, families, to create a comprehensive continuum of care for the children she serves.
